Keeping that in mind, we’ve crafted a customer friendly cancellation & refund policy.
WPOrbit Support & Maintenance Plans
All our plans are monthly – you can cancel the plan anytime you wish to. For a specific month, the charge is deducted in advanced – which is fully refundable till the next month is charged.
For example, you subscribed to the EASY plan at $39 / month on 12th April.
- 1st Payment on 12th April – $39 (Refundable till 12th May)
- 2nd Payment on 12th May – $39 (Refundable till 12th June)
- Payments outside the refund window are non-refundable.
WPOrbit One-time Services
The following one time services are fully refundable within 15 days after completion if you are not satisfied with the service:
- One Time Malware Clean Up
- Site Performance Optimisation
- Website Migration
Note: Website creation / one time changes are typically charged after the service and are not refundable.
