Terms of Service

We offer our services through our website “wporbit.net” – Our monthly plans, one-off changes, website migration, malware cleanup, and all other services are herein referred to as “Services”.

Monthly Support & Maintenance Plans

EASY Plan

By choosing the EASY Plan, you agree to the following:

  • The plan only offers micro site changes and doesn’t include any website changes that take more than 5~10 minutes to finish.
  • The plan’s price may be increased at any point of time. We will notify you 3 months in advance in case there is a price increase.
  • We try to respond back to requests within 24 hours, depending on the request volume we receive, it may take longer sometimes.
  • The resolution time of your requests may range from 24 hours to 1 week depending on the request volume we receive overall.
  • We typically do respond on Saturdays and Sundays, but our staffing is weak on weekends, there may be a delay in response or no response at all.
  • We reserve the right to cancel a customer’s plan anytime if we find them misbehaving or abusing our team members.
  • You agree that you’ve read and understood all the features offered in the EASY plan.
  • We may install any additional plugins (after your permission) on your site to maintain it. (For example, Backup or Security plugins.)

PRO Plan

By choosing the PRO Plan, you agree to the following:

  • The plan offers small to medium sized website change requests such as changing fonts, adding a logo, doing CSS tweaks, simpler PHP snippets, and similar however larger change requests such as creating a new custom landing page, complex funnel building, and similar shall not be accepted.
  • The plan’s price may be increased at any point of time. We will notify you 3 months in advance in case there is a price increase.
  • We try to respond back to requests within 24 hours, depending on the request volume we receive, it may take longer sometimes.
  • The resolution time of your requests may range from 24 hours to 3 days depending on the request volume we receive overall.
  • We reserve the right to cancel a customer’s plan anytime if we find them misbehaving or abusing our team members.
  • You agree that you’ve read and understood all the features offered in the PRO plan.
  • We may install any additional plugins (after your permission) on your site to maintain it. (For example, Backup or Security plugins.)

One-time services

Our one-off services includes the following (but not limited to):

  • Malware Clean Up
  • Site Performance Optimization
  • Website Migration
  • One Time Website Changes

By purchasing any of our one-time services, you agree to the following:

  • You’ve fully consulted with us about what all would be offered in the service.
  • We will have access to your website – and the username and password would be stored on our 1Password account. Should you wish to delete our access/account, you may do it after completion of the service.
  • Any issues after completion of the work will be supported up to 15 days from the date of completion. This does not include new/additional requests.
  • Website creation / one time website changes are typically charged after the service and are not refundable.
